The Great Argentine Classics
From Humahuaca to Mendoza
Between the "Train to the Clouds," the colorful mountains of Humahuaca, the Andean salt flats, and the towns and villages of Salta, Jujuy, and Cachi, northern Argentina is a land of surprising contrasts. We explore it in several excursions before hopping into our 4x4s and heading south. We'll travel along remote Andean tracks to magical places like the Fiambalá hot springs and the Talampaya Canyon, among others. We'll end this expedition in Mendoza before returning to Buenos Aires for one last evening.
Extensions
Argentina is a vast country, and we don't offer trips that include all the major sites, as this would require numerous domestic flights. However, upon request, we can offer excursions at the end of any of our Argentina tours to visit the Iguazu Falls, the Perito Moreno Glacier, or the area around Ushuaia. We can also arrange, when in season, to see the marine wildlife of the Valdez Peninsula.

Natural Argentina
From Iguazu to "The Impenetrable", the wildlife of the rivers.
After a somewhat unconventional visit to the Argentinian capital, we depart for a pristine nature sanctuary in the Corrientes region, where you can observe wildlife with naturalist guides. Next, we head to a magical and little-known National Park, one of the most beautiful glamping nature travel experiences in the north of the country. We conclude with a visit to Iguazu Falls. A trip for those who love reconnecting with wild and unspoiled nature.
Parcs Nationaux de Santa Cruz
We love to find ourselves in the heart of nature, in the silence and beauty conducive to observing wildlife and landscapes that overwhelm us with emotion. The spaces of Patagonia National Park, such as the Cueva de las Manos and the Cañadón de las Pinturas, the trails of Perito Moreno National Park, whose creation and opening to the public are recent, the Ruta 41 which has just opened to the public, show us a preserved Patagonia far from the crowds, diverse and almost hallucinatory, to find ourselves and reconnect.
Trekking around Fitz Roy
The village of El Chaltén, in the Santa Cruz region, is the gateway to a world of pristine forests, rocks, glaciers, rivers, and lakes at the foot of the vast Southern Patagonian Ice Field. Our team will take you hiking around the legendary peaks of Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre, to Mount Madsen, or along the ridges overlooking the glacier and Lake Viedma. Discover the valley of the Río Eléctrico or the Lago del Desierto valley, and other places we prefer not to reveal here. A journey that, of course, concludes with a visit to the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier.
The "Blue Route", Atlantic Patagonia
Discover an impressive and diverse marine life amidst the spectacular landscapes of Patagonia's Atlantic coast. We begin this journey by exploring the famous Valdez Peninsula, but soon head further south to an area where a national park is being established. This park offers the opportunity to observe numerous whale species (humpback, minke, sei, and southern right whales), as well as colonies of sea lions, several species of dolphins, sharks, and orcas. Hiking, paddling, boating, and camping in this region is a true privilege.
The Mitre Peninsula
The easternmost point of Tierra del Fuego, on the Argentinian side, is called the Mitre Peninsula and is a protected area. From its summit, Cerro Campana, at 800 meters above sea level, it's possible to see almost the entire peninsula. We are among the few who offer this expedition, a combination of trekking and sailing on a sailboat specially adapted to the conditions of the Southern Ocean. The expedition is for people in good physical condition. It involves carrying gear (between 10 and 15 kg) across all types of terrain, without marked trails and with river crossings, for 10 to 14 days.
